Hello Chan,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. Unfortunately, some users have encountered stability issues when using MEGA on macOS systems, particularly with the new M1 system on a chip. For those uses, we recommend downloading the Windows version of MEGA and running it using virtualization software such as VMware Fusion or Virtual Box.
