Summary0003334: MEGA 11 changes sequence names
DescriptionDear developers,

I have updated MEGA from version 10 to version 11.0.10 (OS Ubuntu 20.04.3) and noticed that it automatically replaces underscores ("_") in sequence names with spaces (" "). This can mess with other programs in downstream analysis. Is this a bug or a new feature? Can it be turned off somewhere in the settings?
