Summary0003366: Not able to edit ClustalW options
DescriptionInstalled Mega11 on Manjaro, via an AUR. Using ClustalW for alignment, I cannot change the Gap penalties. It is possible to copy-past values into the input fields but not type values in. The MUSCLE dialogs do allow me to type in values.
