DescriptionDear Sir or Madam,
I have tried to obtain distance matrices on sequence data (aligment) after grouping them into populations. I succeeded to obtain only one, while I was expecting to obtain many distance matrices because of choosing the bootstrap option. Is it possible to print the bootstrapped matrices? I would like to use it for Barrier software. Could you recommend a way to calculate such pop-based bootstrap matrices in other software it is not possible in Mega? with best wishes, Hanna.

Hi Hanna,

I am writing in response to your recent question regarding the MEGA software. No, MEGA does not export matrices when using the bootstrap option for distance estimation. The bootstrap option is only provided for variance estimation.
