DescriptionDear MEGA teams,
Hello, I am a student in Beijing Forestry University. This software is so convenient and helpful. But recently I cannot successful to draw the tree.These problems mainly occur after I aligned many sequences as follows:1/when I aligned sequences, I used the .mas of files to draw phylogenetic tree, there will occur “?” in the sequences.2/Sometimes it shows the sequences ID has some problems. Could you give me some advices? Thank you very much!
