Summary | 0003588: A way to define line length in Multiple Sequence Alignment
Description | Good afternoon! I'm trying to present the short aligned sequences i'm working with in a presentation, I have to manually splice the multiple aligned sequences into a bunch of short stretches stacked on top of one another so that it can fit the more rectangular shape of a powerpoint slide or paper manuscript. If there's already a way to do this in the software I'd love to hear it. Thanks!
