Summary | 0000360: error while loading meg alingment file
Description | I used mega cc to aling a set of mitogenomes the alingment went well, but when I tried to use de ML constructio tree option I am getting a error saying Aligned sequences must be equal lengths. (in line 1476), line 1476 happens to be the name of the secuence and it is the same lenght as the other names of all the other sequences. I tried to remove the sequence from the alingment just to see if it runs but then the next sequence in line presents the same problem. Could you give some insights?
