DescriptionI have encountered many problems when using Mega. I do not know how to use Mega11 version to add family information to the group of tree. I find that the distribution of option in the interface of Mega11 is different with that of Mega 7.

Fixed in revision 125. Was incorrectly calling isInitialTree instead of isUserSuppliedTree when building the caption.
