Description | Initially, I want to commend you for implementing Bayesian in MEGA 11. However, this new version of MEGA still does not allow for partitioned phylogenetic analysis (using multiple genes). This type of analysis is widely used in the taxonomy of microorganisms, mainly fungi. So I would like to know you don't implement this type of analysis in MEGA?
