Summary0003789: Not able to use from terminal
DescriptionI have downloaded both MEGA 11 and MEGA X and was not able to create the file demo.nwk following the instructions here: https://www.megasoftware.net/web_help_11/index.htm#t=Running_in_Command-Line_Mode.htm&rhsearch=terminal [^]
I first downloaded Mega 11, but it didn't populate a Mega 11 directory. I found the Drosophila_Adh.meg and infer_NJ_nucleotide.mao files elsewhere and set up directories as per the instructions, but it didn't work. Mega X populates the directory/files but still get error.

Your students may download a copy from the website www.megasoftware.net or you may install copies on multiple computers in a common computing area. However, we request that you send us the following information by e-mail for our records (s.kumar@asu.edu):
• Your name, position and institution
• course number and title
• number of students
• course semester and year.
