DescriptionWhenever I import sequences from an ab1 file into the sequence alignment window, the file names are sometimes changed. This happens when I use the option to "Add to alignment explorer" and when I import sequences into the alignment explorer.
Steps To ReproduceOpen ab1 file with MEGA X
> Data
>Add to Alignment explorer
> sequence is added to alignment explorer but the first part of the file name has been changed
