DescriptionCan I stop an MP bootstrap run, say at 500 reanalyses (and retain the data), when I have asked for 1000? If not, that might be a nice feature.

Hi John,

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, in the current version of MEGA, stopping bootstrap will cancel the analysis. However, it would be useful to allow users to limit the number of bootstrap replications for long-running calculations and we will add this feature in the near future.
