I'm using MEGA 11 version and the operating system is windows 11. here i am doing a multiple sequence allignment for more than 100 sequences. after allignment the data i am saving in mega format. but while forming the phylogeny tree i am giving the same data but the software gets shut down.
i have already used this for making phylogenetic tree but never faced issues like this. please help.
