Summary | 0003876: Not able to open MTSX files |
Description | I downloaded MEGA11 and tried to open a MTSX file containing a sequencing alignment + tree that I had previously created with MEGA myself. The program is unable to open the file and the following message comes up: 'An error occurred when reading the session file: "0,10" is an invalid float.' |
Steps To Reproduce | The file was created with fasta sequencing files, aligned by MUSCLE and a Maximum Likelihood tree constructed. The session was saved as a MTSX file. This was done over a year ago and probably with a previous MEGA version. MEGA11 was recently downloaded and unable to open this file, or any other MTSX files of that kind. |
