Summary0003884: no tree construction
DescriptionI wanted to construct a tree of aligned bacteria sequences

Via Maximum-Likelehood the tree is sometimes generated or the program wont generate a tree but just stops after 1.5h calculation without showing the tree. Via Neighbour-Joining the program imediatly shut down after opening the calculation thread and nothing happens. I dont know whats going on but I am annoyed after 4 x 1.5h useless waiting.
Steps To ReproduceI just clicked on analyzed and phylogeny maximum likelehood bootstrap 100 Tamura-Nei
