DescriptionHello, I am sorry to bother you.
I would like to use MEGA software to build phylogenetic tree, and display Bootstrap values. But I found MEGA5.05 and MEGA6.06 software does not have this function, the previous OPTIONS SUMMARY can achieve this function. Excuse me, how can i solve this problem? thank you very much.

Hi YongFen,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. To construct a bootstrap consensus tree, from the main form click Phylogeny->Construct/Test Tree and then in the Analysis Preferences Dialog, set Test of Phylogeny to Bootstrap Method.
