Summary0003920: MEGA11 Cannot get ML sequences with posterior probabilities
DescriptionI have created an alignment file and used it to make a tree. I then want to reconstruct the ancestors. However, only the high probability residues are shown in the excel output file from export Most Probable (attached).

I am not an experienced user, but I think this should work...
