Dear Manmeet,
I apologize for the delay in responding to your question. Could you be more specific in how exactly MEGA crashes when building an alignment on your Mac? MEGA is a giant program, and trying to find an error without a detailed description isn’t usually successful. Did MEGA crash when you were retrieving sequences from a webpage, aligning sequences (if so which method), how many sequences, etc.
Most importantly what happened immediately preceding the crash? Is there any specific pattern which leads to crashes which you can see?
