Summary0004062: Tree construction with bootstrapping crashes
DescriptionWhen I try to construct/test a max likelihood tree for one of my aligned datasets with a bootstrap of 100 it freezes and crashes on varying replicates of the bootstrap each time. The set has 314 sequences that are 347 bases in length each.
