I have identified the bug. There are some incompatibilities in the mts file format with older versions. I will find out and fix them. Meanwhile, users can use an older version. |

Dear Tom:
Thank you for your bug report. We have been able to reproduce the bug and find some incompatibilities in the mts file formats between older and newer versions of MEGA. We will need to fix it, which will take significant time. Please use the older version for mts editing for now.
best regards

Hi Jacqui,
I am writing in response to the question you recently submitted to the MEGA bug tracker. To resolve the issue you have encountered, you can delete the MEGA appdata files as follows:
In Windows Explorer, type %appdata% in the address bar and press enter. This should take you to your C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming directory
Inside of that directory, delete all folders that begin with the word MEGA (e.g. MEGA6_6140226 or MEGA7_7161111-x86_64)
Then when you start MEGA, the default settings should be reactivated. |
