Summary0004211: RAM problems
DescriptionDears,
I tried to perform ML analysis (~1100 samples of 650bp barcodes), but the software notified me the analysis requires ~0.4GB of RAM but only 0.1 is available. I run MEGA on Mac with 24GB of RAM and when I checked activity monitor, always at least 8GB were free. So I cannot understand it. I tried to fined some way how to allocate more RAM to MEGA but failed. Could you please help me to solve this problem?
