Summary0004213: Installaton failed
Descriptioni tried to download MEGA 11 but he installaton failed. I am a retired professor of University of Bremen, German,y and loaded the program from my home Firefox account. Automatically, the name of my provider occurred (Telecom). I filed in University Bremen instead. Bg it did not work
I use a Mac and have installed MEGA X.

Hello Ricardo,

I am writing in response to your question regarding MEGA and input data file types. For sequence alignments, MEGA supports the FASTA format in addition to the MEGA format. The FASTA format is a widely used format and is also much simpler than the MEGA format so it may be what you want to use.
