Summary0004336: maximum likelihood phylogeny bug
DescriptionI'm having problem with phylogeny analysis when I choose maximum likelihood model. They start to work but suddenly closed MEGA software or stiil running but not change the condition..

I made with parsimony method and topology tree was performed.

What happens?

Im using Windows 11 and MEGA version 11.

Hi Guillermo,

I saw a bug report you submitted on 2/27 about trying to download a file but kept getting an error message. Were you trying to download the setup file for mega (mega_setup.exe) or were you trying to download a file using the MEGA web-browser?
