Summary0004364: Maximum memory cannot be set for Rel-tine-ML
DescriptionWhen I use reltime-ML, I cannot limit the maximum running memory. The task will use all of the server's memory while running. Which led to the task being killed. I hope the program to have an option to set the maximum memory for the task to run. Thank you

Hello Chris,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding missing branch lengths for bootstrap consensus trees in MEGA 5.10. This is actually a bug fix. The ability to display branch lengths for bootstrap consensus trees in MEGA has been removed in version 5.10 because the consensus trees sometimes contain multi-furcations. Estimates of branch lengths in these cases are not correct, as the collapsed partitions have non-zero lengths in reality but they are not statistically resolved (i.e., lack of significance by bootstrap method).
