Summary0004365: Muscle fails to open file on C
DescriptionMuscle is unable to open a file with an error message:
Applicaton error finalizing MUSCLE alignment: Unable to open file
"C:\Users\я\AppData\L...\MusleResultForSelectedData9944.fas

I am not sure that it is a MEGA problem, maybe this is a problem with my system. I actually couldn't found this pathway.
I have admin rights and tried to launch MEGA with admin rights, didn't help.
Steps To ReproduceMEGA is located on D, Windows on C
I uploaded multifasta file with about 350 DNA sequences
and tried to align it with MUSCLE with default parameters
it failed with an error message printed higher.
ClustalW, instead, works properly.
Additional InformationA an not sure, if this problem is on your side, but, I hope, this information will be useful.
