Summary0004489: Phylogeny problems
DescriptionDear Sir/Madam,
I am doing phylogenetic studies with both MEGA 11 and MEGA X, and when I select in the program the option to make Maximum Likelihood trees with 2000 bootstrap replicates, the program hangs and many times even closes. This happens to me with both versions (MEGA X and MEGA 11). I would like to know if you could tell me what it is due to and how it could be solved.
