| Description | I built a tree using ML and 100 iterations to calculate bootstrap values. The tree is pasted below in the exported Newick format, however, there are unbalanced parentheses at: Cav_Tom_Cav03g18710)0.8500((Cav_Tom_Cav03g18700,Cam_g10982,Chet_BJ_EVM0013486,Cav_Tom_Cav03g18690)0.7200 I believe. In any event this file cannot be opened by other programs. Please let me know how to fix this, as I'd like to study this tree in other programs. I am uploading the Tree Explorer session in .mtsx format. | ||||
