Hi, I have problem viewing the produced phylogenetic tree (NJ) of a set of proteins. I can't seem to view the whole tree, only a portion. It seems like the correct tree is built, but I can't see the scale or only partions of the taxa names. I've tried to resize, fit to screen, adjusting the scale,...

Hi Stefanie,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. Can you try updating your display settings in Control Panel to see if that resolves the problem? It may be that Windows is changing the size of text and other items on the screen but not MEGA's Tree Explorer window.
