DescriptionHey,
so I have a problem and i don't know how to solve it. I want to calculate the treetime so I insert everyhing as stated:
1)fasta alignment
2)tree file-newick formatted, constructed in geneious
3) specify outgroup i did
4)specifiy calibration i inserted a fossil calibration
5)I choose anylsis setting
6) and launched analysis

it starts after just 2 min the "error when update tree viewe action list:List index out of bounds (0)" pops up
How do I solve the problem?

Dear Yi-Wen,

I don\'t know what format is the microsatellite data, but mega can read ASCII data.
For MEGA to read and interpret your data correctly, it should be formatted according to a set of rules. All input data files are basic ASCII-text files, which may contain DNA sequence, protein sequence, evolutionary distance, or phylogenetic tree data. Most word processing packages (e.g., Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Notepad, WordPad) allow you to edit and save ASCII text files, which are usually marked with a .TXT extension. After creating the file, you should change this extension to .MEG, so that you can distinguish between your data files and the other text files.
