| Description | How much RAM should I need to align 10,000 sequences of 30,000 bases each? With my Mac and its 8 GB RAM I can align 1000 of theses sequences with MEGA 11, but it will not align larger jobs. So I was thinking of getting more RAM, but I don’t know how much more I really need. | ||||
