Summary0000531: Missing menu
Descriptionafter installing MEGA 7 in ubuntu 14.04 i noticed 3 issues
1. no menu is visible (File/analysis/help) is missing.
2. I attempted to open a file using the CTRL+O shortcut, but nothing happened
3. the molecular clock wizard (reltime ML) is not available

Hi Bruno,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA-CC software. The version of MEGA you are using is a command-line application with a gui application that is only used for generating analysis configuration files to be used as a command-line parameter. Please refer to the quick-start tutorial for instructions on how to use MEGA-CC. the tutorial can be viewed at:
