DescriptionHi,

   I don't even know what product of MEGA I have because I've literally just downloaded it from your website. Opening the program briefly opens MEGA7 0.26 at the top of the computer, but the program does not start and quickly closes itself down.

Any help much appreciated!

The user might use the old tutorial. The tutorial of the current web page doesn\'t have this issue. Replied to user, this bug is closed.

Hi Morag,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently reported regarding the MEGA software. It sounds like you are using the Mac version of MEGA which is known to have stability issues on some Mac systems. The workaround is to download the Windows version of MEGA and run it using a virtual machine software such as VMWare Fusion.
