| Description | I created a mao file using mega-proto and tried to use mega-cc on linux server to perform the calculations. I thought running a command-line mega-cc wouldn't require graphical interface, but I got GTK error: (megacc:26799): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: This the info about the server I used: $ uname -a Linux 4.9.0-0.bpo.2-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.18-1~bpo8+1 (2017-04-10) x86_64 GNU/Linux Is there any way to run mega-cc on a server? And is there a way to perform mega-cc calculation on a linux cluster in parallel (SGE)? Thanks in advance, Evgeny | ||||
