| Summary | 0005487: When I try to make a family tree, the program closes directly. | ||||
| Description | I have a file with 169 sequences of a complete gene from different organisms. I have already aligned these sequences using clustal W, and I have calculated the best model to calculate the distances. So, when I want to make the phylogenetic tree, using the previously calculated best-fit model, the program immediately closes. I don't quite understand why, I don't know if it's because there are too many sequences or because maybe I'm doing something wrong. | ||||
