as a student i have to say your software is really perfect. but the most important lack of the system is the speed of browser when you want to DO A BLAST SEARCH! in comparison with normal browsers its quite slow.
actually i have a problem that is an error while i am trying to draw a phylogenic tree. i can send you the picture of that error but i dont know whether you have a support team or not. please help to diagnose my problem.

   Thank you for submitting the bug report. I think that we have already fixed that bug. I recommend that you try the beta version of MEGA4, which will be online next week. Please let me know if the problem is fixed. If not, then we will test further.
