0000573: Insufficient memory
Hi, model evaluation (n=56) stalls with 600 protein sequences on a desktop
a) 14% (4GB RAM quadcore)
b) 49% (8GB RAM quadcore)

Is there way to transfer the data to the hard drive (both installations are non C drive )?

Thanks

This is a bug of PAUP4. I don\'t understand what kind of tree this tree file specify.

Dear Xiaohui,

We noticed that MEGA has limitation to read PAUP format data, we are working on it. MEGA4 (beta version) is released, please check the MEGA website http://www.megasoftware.net/mega4 [^] for new version of MEGA. Thank you.

Hi Siddhartha,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. No, for the MEGA model selection analysis, there is no way to swap the data to the hard drive. You may want to take a look at JModelTest and see if that works for you for model selection.
