DescriptionI don't have sudo privileges, can I install and use the GUI version of mega without sudo privileges? Or can you tell me how to use mega7 cc to align chromosomes of animals and make NJ trees?

Hi Sebastian,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. Thanks for your feedback. For the multi-threaded ML analysis, MEGA supports the use of as many processors/cores as the host operating system indicates are available. MEGA itself has no knowledge of the hardware being used but rather relies on the operating system report what is available.
