| Description | Report bugs or other issues regarding the MEGA software
I downloaded the most recent version of MEGA a few days ago, and undertook some ML analyses with 500 bootstrap replications on a dataset I had used previously with MEGA 5. Yesterday I was unable to do a similar analysis because the program closed prematurely. I have experienced this a few seeks before, so deleted the latest version of MEGA and downloaded it again. Please can you advise what I should be doing to solve this problem. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Checked the alignment.
Exported the alignment in fas format
Check the model, in this case K2 + G
Select the appropriate parameters for an ML tree

| Additional Information | I have used MEGA 5 in the past together with Hall's 'Phylogenetics Trees Made Easy' and found it easy to use and understand |
