Hi Yunzhou,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. Multithreading in the MEGA software is only available for Maximum Likelihood based analysis. For those analyses, such as ML tree construction, there is an option to specify the number of threads to use in the Analysis Preferences Dialog.
