Summary0000649: Installation bug
DescriptionAfter installing MEGA7 on my computer in Linux Mint, in the MEGA Proto panel there is no File, Analysis or Help bar at the top, so I cannot upload any sequence. The left-corner Align button displays Muscle/Clustal Nuc Alignment but there is no Edit, Open/Show option.

Please let me know what is the problem and how to solve it. Thanks.

Hi Luis,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. The Linux version of MEGA is a command-line application with a prototyper for generating analysis options files. The analysis options files are then passed as command-line parameters.
