| Summary | 0006501: program crashed during phylogenetic analysis |
| Description | The phylogenetic analysis suddenly stopped at bootstrap replicate No. 768 of 1000. The window showing the progress froze and did not respond for several hours, so I had to close the software and all progress was lost. I had previously encountered the same problem when analyzing several other datasets with similar settings. The crash always occurred at approximately the same point (ca. 700-800th replicate). When using 500 bootstrap replicates, I have never experienced any issues. |
