| Description | Hello, I have attempted to run a ML analysis of a COI dataset with about 130 sequences in it. I have tried on two different computers, and attempted it 4 times each. I am trying to run a ML analysis with 1000 Bootstrap replicates, and at a random point the MEGA program just turns off and vanishes. I was able to run 1000 replicates for two other datasets from this study but with the COI dataset it always crashes. I have also done a fasta export and attempted to run the analysis, but it fails. | ||||
