| Description | Hey there, I am using Mac OS X 2,7 GHz Intel Core i5 with 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 memory. I installed the MEGA 7.0.26 hoping that it would be able to compute approximately 13k protein sequences (400-450 residues) I am trying to generate an NJ tree for. Which ever tree I try, I ended up with a message saying "out of memory". I searched for solutions online, yet wasn't able to find any. Could you maybe guide me on what I can do, or is my dataset too huge to be able to process with MEGA7. Kind regards and looking forward to hearing from you. | ||||
