| Summary | 0006616: Problems with creating maximum likelihood trees |
| Description | While creating phylogenetic trees, the program either freezes while performing the Bootstrapping step (leaving the program running overnight does not help) or closes all windows by itself. This keeps happening after restarting the device, changing alignment files, and changing between protein or DNA alignments. |
