| Description | Almost every time I try to delete a sequence from the aligment explorer, the program shows an error message and I have to abort and close the program. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Create an aligment, protein or DNA, and include two sequences. Align the sequences by MUSCLE, delete the second sequence. Most of the times my program aborts after these steps. | ||||
