DescriptionI have been using MEGA 11 for a long time. Today, I installed the latest MEGA12 version. Everything was smooth until the installation ended, when a pop-up showed that "Application failure. Failed to extract DrPhylo help files."
Please guide me through this problem.

Hi Musaydul,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA12 software. I am not able to duplicate the problem you encountered. Does the problem occur every time you run MEGA or did it just happen once? The error indicates that some example files were not copied to your Documents/MEGA_12/Examples directory but these files are not needed to run MEGA. They are just provided as a convenience for doing the tutorials.
