Description | Hello there, I recently installed MEGA-CC on my university computer cluster and attempt to use it to generate a Maximum likelihood phylogeny. I use megaproto to generate the *.mao file to use 128 threads. However, when I use megacc to run the analysis, resource manager in Ubuntu shown that it not using all 128 of the core specified (usually 3-4 cores). Please assist, Regards, Tuan | ||||
