Summary0006863: Error in creating .csv
DescriptionEvery time i tried to create a .csv of an alignment's variable sites, with site numbers for each position and an interleaved output, MEGA 12 created a huge file that Excel was not able to handle.
When i tried this with MEGA 7, it worked perfectly. Nothing too serious, but i thought it would be relevant to mention.
