0000690: Export Sequence Data HTML Dialog
When testing out the Drosophila_Adh data in the Sequence Data Explorer, I found that when exporting it, some options weren't disabled, namely the dropdown below the label Selected Sites to Include in both Linux and Windows. In Windows, when the user changes the option in that dropdown, it catches the error and sends a message, but in Linux, it doesn't catch the error and either processes the data or crashes completely. Also, when the file is exported, it is saved to the folder, whereas in MEGA 7, the data is exported into a text editor. I'm assuming that the data should be saving to a file with the designated extension and not just open up in a text editor, but I just want to be sure. Finally, I noticed that the data looks different in MEGA X, where it has a lot of gaps in the sequences. It also exports this way, and in MEGA 7, it contains no gaps.

More answers from Dr. Kumar:

\"Dear User:
We have checked out the file format and found that both MegaBACE native
and MegaBACE also output scf file supported by MEGA. So, we do not have an immediate plans to add MegaBACE support, due to other higher priority needs.
