Summary0000701: CMD version of input file generation and output files
DescriptionJust wanted to point out that the output files e.g from the distance calculations are incredibly cumbersome to parse when your software is used in batch mode as a part of pipeline. I would suggest adding an option that enables user to get a CSV file and save the header to another file in TXT format.

Also, CMD version of the megaproto would be appreciated in the above mentioned situation.
